You can achieve your own definition of life GAIN when three things happen;
1. You schedule it – "things that get scheduled get done", so scheduling specific things that create momentum will guarantee gain.
2. You protect and defend it – just like a goalie protecting a goal, if you don’t get tough on protecting and defending your time, other people will fill your schedule for you with what THEY think is important, increasing their gain and reducing your own.
3. You learn to delegate – go back and read last week’s Mark’s Minute on delegating. If you want to achieve new levels of gain, you’ll need to get better at delegating.
