It’s pretty amazing….that…we’re coming to the end of another decade (how can that be)? 

With that thought in mind, right now is a really good time to begin a process of evaluation. 

Evaluate your year. 

Evaluate this past decade. 

See your future…and…create your plan. 

People often ask me...so here’s what I suggest to them is an effective way make big things happen: 
1. Understand the real problem 
2. Generate many possible solutions 
3. Address the strengths and weaknesses, pro’s and con’s of each solution 
4. Choose what you believe is the best solution and write it down 
5. Create a plan (at least your first right step) and commit to it 
6. Get to work and watch powerful things happen!
