Typically, we think of daydreaming as not being “present”.
Mindful Daydreaming is the opposite.
Mindful daydreams give you insight into your priorities.
Mindful daydreams allow your creativity to flourish.
Mindful daydreams connect you to the power and wisdom of the Universe.
Set aside time everyday (say 5 minutes) to do a little daydreaming.
Start a daydream journal and watch what happens as your daydreams flow.
