Athletes are taught that when an activity is repeated over time, a long-term muscle memory is created for that task, eventually allowing those same muscles to perform efficiently without conscious effort. Perfect practice can then maximize abilities which can lead to improved times and winning events.

So is muscle memory really about your muscles or is it actually about your brain? Can that same concept be used to succeed in life and in business? I believe that it can.

Do you sometimes wonder why other people achieve more than you? If you do, then you likely have not invested enough time understanding the systems that with muscle memory, guarantee success?

How much time and effort do you invest in discovering systems that work? Are you reading, observing, studying, and applying enough of what the masters do to become a master yourself?

Perfect practice will lead to perfect performance regardless of your area of interest. Decide what you want enough to build muscle memory and then go to work repeating perfect practice.

Several studies have shown that it takes 10,000 hours to become a master. That’s a lot of practice, but I know you can do it. Others have, so why not you?
