Your Imagination Rules Your World
Napoleon once said: “Imagination rules the world”.
Albert Einstein believed…….”Imagination is more important than knowledge, for knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand”.
That may sound a little deep, but it’s really not.
To me (and I’m certainly not an Einstein), imagination, dreams, and taking action connect.
I wrote in a Mark’s Minute some time ago that my buddy Larry Kendall teaches the principle “You will be the same tomorrow except for three things……..the books you read, the people you meet, and the places you go”.
That’s really true isn’t it?
So thanks for reading Mark’s Minute. It may not be a book, but in the course of reading it every Wednesday for a year, you actually may have stimulated enough positive thoughts to fill a book.
That’s a good start.
Today, travel a new route or stop at a new place.
While you are there, why not take time to meet new people.
You will be the better for it, and if you listen, you’ll likely find a way to help someone succeed.
If nothing else, let your imagine grasp new possibilities and set some new priorities.
One of my dearest friends, Zan Monroe, once said to me…….”If your dreams aren’t big enough to make some people laugh out loud, they’re just not big enough”. Awesome!! (if you like awesome)
Imagine, plan, and take some new action this week. You’ll be the better for it, and who knows where it will take you!
