Gigi, my lovely bride of 40 years and I went to see the movie “Wonder” a couple weeks ago and I could not help but tear up a couple of times. 

If you haven’t seen it and you have a kind heart, I highly recommend it. 

About a third of the way through, I just had to pull the little pad out of my pocket and write down a "wonder"ful quote. 

“If you have a choice between being right or kind, be kind.” 

Love it!! 

That quote reminded me of something Ian MacLaren once said: 

“Be kind for everyone you meet is carrying a heavy burden.” 

And it’s true; everyone has something they are struggling with. 

Given the opportunity, we should help them. 

My friend, Daniel Smith said to me recently: 

“The key to success is love….it’s true for business and life.” 

And I would add: 

“The distance between having wisdom and experiencing joy is about 14 inches…that's the distance between your head and your heart.” 

It’s Christmas time again. 

Let us all go and use our wisdom by creating some joy. 

If we do, we’ll be both right and kind!
