We all struggle with doubt…it’s a normal and natural trait.
So, what do you do when you’ve found yourself there?
Recent research says you should -
1. Take a walk
2. Find a quiet spot and meditate
3. Take a shower
4. Slow down a moment and clear all the noise to just think and listen
5. Pray or ponder
Whatever you choose, do one or several of things every day.
Doubt is something all mortals do, so unless you’ve found yourself beyond normal, join in with the rest of us!
