Jan 15, 2020 – YOU and Your Reduced Stress Level

The word harmony is music to my emotions (of course it sounds good to my ears too). 

Harmony is that beautiful feeling of life flowing with focused energy and a controlled level of stress. 

You may have even experienced harmony in what I accept as the 8 points of life; 
1. Personal and family 
2. Physical 
3. Educational and Mental Health 
4. Spiritual 
5. Financial 
6. Professional 
7. Social 
8. Community 

Any one of these, out of control can be excruciatingly non-harmonious…and when you focus to much energy developing or improving one, the others can suffer miserably. 

So…what to do? 

Listen to that still small voice...! 

Be honest with yourself (and your family) about the reality of your current situation. 

If quality time needs to be an increased focus, then ponder how to make it more harmonious (and discuss it with your family and let them be a part of creating a harmonious solution). 

I could write for days on each one of the 8 but I think you get the point. 

As you say yes to one of the 8 areas, you say no to the others...so be cautious here. 

Strive for Harmony…you’ll always be glad you did and the people most important to you will be 

glad you did too!
