Trust Based Ethics and Fair Housing elective with Mark Given - Tues Oct 6, 2026 - 9 am-1:30 pm This class is 4 1/2 hours and meets your NCREC elective credit, and if you are a REALTOR, it also meets your NAR Fair Housing and your Code of Ethics requirements. You will receive the Zoom link and course material 24-48 hours prior to the class. You must enter the Zoom class before 9:05 am and attend a minimum of 90% of the class to receive credit. Your camera must be on for the entire class (except during breaks).
